My professional journey began in art, education, and institutional development—fields that focus on creating new spaces, developing structures, and guiding people through learning and design processes. I was involved in the creation of innovative projects and experienced firsthand how much commitment and vision are needed to make something new sustainable.

At the same time, it became increasingly clear to me that external innovation alone is not enough. Sustainable change arises where structural development is linked to internal growth—where people learn to perceive themselves, their relationships, and their responsibilities more consciously.

This realization led me into an intensive phase of personal and professional development. I explored consciousness work, trauma integration, and transformative coaching, and learned to understand developmental processes not only methodically, but also relationally and holistically.

Today, these experiences inform my work as a coach. I support individuals and teams in finding direction, strengthening trust, and shaping development from an inner foundation. For me, coaching is not a repair tool, but a space where presence, clarity, and new possibilities for action can emerge.
